WHEN THE LINES ARE BLURRED.
As usual Susanne Bartsch and Kenny Kenny always deliver good Nightlife.
The party for the grand opening of Room Service was magnificent. The best music, the best performance Julie Atlas Muiz, and celeb spotting--Cuba Gooding Junior. THE CONCEPT, dance floor surrounded by nine 10'x 10' standard to 15' x 20' Presidential suite curtained-off cubicle like spaces pricing between $350 to $800 per evening. They come fully equipped with DVD player, minibar, a drawer full of condoms, toothpaste, and Snickers bars and are attended by waiters dressed like Bellboys who are ready to deliver anything your heart desires as long as you give the concierge a 24 hour heads up. THE ACTUALITY is the rooms are really only glorified banquets with curtains. This is new York I believe the reason why many people go out is to see and be seen. If one wanted privacy wouldn't one just stay home instead of going to a club. Doesn't that kind of defeat the purpose rendering the curtain thing futile. Unless one wanted to have some lude act take place like a b-job, or strip tease, in which case A SUGGESTION Glass doors would be better.
