Brooklyn Is Hot this Weekend.

Bklyn's hot but I am definitely under the weather
I have a cold, and being sick is not something I do well. I am sure that I am passing it around. Everyone at my job is down for the count and its getting messy. No worries I will be out tonight infecting everyone I can. Maybe it will be you that my beautiful and intoxicating germs bump into. Hope you got your flu shots.

A series of events are being thrown by powerHouse Books' to kick off the grand opening of powerHouse Arena event space and VH1 Hip Hop Honors. Tonight is the graphic and gripping journey inside the rap game with the premier screening of Hip Hop: By All Means Necessary by acclaimed photojournalist Brenda Kenneally. Pre and post screening tunes provided by my man DJ Synapse and a panel discussion afterward.
